The Town of Pomona Park is an Equal Housing Opportunity Community.  In an effort to further Fair Housing Practices, the Town of Pomona Park has passed a Fair Housing Ordinance that states it is illegal to discriminate against any person because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, familial status, handicap or age, in accordance with the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988.  Anyone who feels he or she has been discriminated against may file a complaint of housing discrimination by calling the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at 1 (800) 669-9777 or to report a potential civil rights violation, including those related to Fair Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity or Section 504/ADA Compliance, contact Andrea Almeida, Town Clerk, at (386) 649-4902.
